This Andaz hotel falls significantly short of the standards expected from the Andaz brand, offering an experience far from the luxury and five-star service it advertises. The overall ambiance is more reminiscent of a budget hostel than a premium hotel. Shockingly, after checkout, guests are asked to leave the property and are denied access to any facilities—something entirely unacceptable for a supposed luxury establishment.
The service is cold, impersonal, and lacking in basic hospitality, leaving me feeling as though I was not staying in a five-star hotel. The value for money is nonexistent, as the experience provided does not justify the high rates charged.
Unless there is a complete overhaul of management and service standards, I cannot imagine returning to this property. It is a disappointment to the Andaz name and its reputation for excellence.

The room is clean and new. However, although the staff members were friendly, the staff members seemed to be slow responding to our requests.

周邊很空蕩，出行一定是要駕車的，房間很新

酒店很好，價格合適，外出方便，和友人團隊連續住多日。建議有需要的一定提前預訂，會拿到非常好的價格和房型。房間各種設施齊備。值得推薦。

酒店位置距離英國花園步行10分鐘路程，附近餐廳不少，特別是200米距離有一家非常不錯的法式餐廳，因沒有提前訂位，未能體驗。

誤點錯日期，1-2小時後要求更改，未能實際入住，攜程幫我協調了3天仍失敗。

現代風格裝修，實用性強過凱賓斯基四季酒店，購物吃飯地段算太方便，早餐好，酒店的餐廳很好晚餐可選擇酒店吃，沒有行李員，其他服務還是不錯的
